It was a bright and sunny day when Jodie and Nic, two brides with a great sense of style and fun, tied the knot at the Glen Clova Hotel. These two London residents came up to Scotland for their civil ceremony, and made it an unforgettable celebration.


When you have two brides, you can expect a bit of a chaotic morning, but actually, it was pretty chilled for the most part. Jodie and Nic were getting ready next door to each other in the lodges, but Jodie, with nerves kicking in, thought they were in danger of being late for their ceremony..... so there was accidental first look in the car park! Who needs a romantic first look moment when you have a laugh together in the car park instead? I think these are some of my favourite first look photos ever.


The ceremony kicked off with lots of laughter, and to add to the fun, there were Tequila Rose shots with their Dads. After the ceremony, it was time for some photos. And with the sun shining down and the stunning Cairngorms as the backdrop, we captured some amazing moments. As you can see below, the day was perfect, with clear skies and gorgeous natural light.


When Jodie and Nic said they were having seven speeches, I had fears of time running on and starving guests, but these speeches were short, sharp and a whole other level of hilarious. Jodie and Nic’s family members clearly brought their best comedy material to the table. As the night went on, the energy didn’t drop. The DJ played everything from classic bangers to the latest hits, and you better believe the dance floor was packed. These two know how to throw a party.


This wedding was full of laughter, love, and memories that’ll last a lifetime. If you’re thinking of getting married in Scotland, take a cue from these two – embrace the fun and don't get too hung up on perfection.
