I was so excited when Mark and Jenny booked me to shoot their elopement at Corrie Fee. If you aren't familiar with Glen Doll, you will soon see why! They were staying in a lodge at Glen Clova with their dog, Rosie. So I met them there and we headed up the mountain...

We arrived at Corrie Fee in blazing sunshine, it was only 10am and already probably the hottest day of the year!

We took a few photos with the gorgeous backdrop then their Humanist Celebrant, Gary Smith arrived to do the serious stuff!

The ceremony was underway, it always feels so personal when there are only a few people there, the setting made it extra special. They added the tradition of tying the knot into their ceremony....

While Jenny and Mark enjoyed the moment together, Rosie lay down in the sunshine!

This was an exciting wedding for me because I was also a witness, along with Gary's wife, Jackie (Rosie wasn't able to be a witness because she can't hold a pen haha)

A celebratory drink and a seat in the shade was needed by this point! Followed by some photos with the VIP guest....

A few more photos on the mountain then we wandered back down to Glen Doll visitor centre...

I headed home to smother myself in after sun and the newlyweds headed back to the Glen Clova Hotel for a nice meal, perfect!
